I was looking for someone to conduct some wellbeing sessions with our whole staff team as a team building exercise, but also to equip staff with the tools to manage the stress that often accompanies teaching these days. Maria conducted four extremely valuable sessions with us, firstly in smaller groups and then as a whole team as a finale. The feedback was wonderfully positive, with staff reporting after the very first session that they were utlising the skills learned from Maria.
