I began Reiki sessions with Maria a few years ago, I had been experiencing anxiety and panic and wanted another method of handling my attacks without the use of medication. Since then I have joined Maria’s Meditation and Spiritual Development classes and also now hold Reiki I certification. I am now grateful for my experience with anxiety which I now leave in my past, as it led me to re awaken the side of me I always knew was there but didn’t know how to tap into.
