I was blessed to share in the Women Nurturing Women workshop with Maria and some strong warm and courageous Women. I enrolled in this course without real clarity as to why, or strong expectations. What I walked away with was true clarity in many aspects of my life. The benefit for me to stop and Reflect on self was invaluable. Dear Maria, What a fantastic day - thank you. Today's Women Nurturing Women workshop has been hugely beneficial to me and an enormous learning curve. Your teaching today, much of it through sharing your own personal experiences, has made me stop and rethink, question and redefine so many areas, e.g. personal boundaries - I am confident these changes will help de-stress my life and assist me to achieve more balance and harmony.
The grace, love, beauty and integrity with which you presented the workshop was truly inspirational and it was interesting to note that even those most reluctant to share their stories at first, opened up and gave so freely by days end. There is absolutely no doubt that you, leading by example in the telling of your own life's journey, sharing very traumatic memories, reinforced the lessons we all needed to learn today. You created an atmosphere of healing where we all felt safe, calm and relaxed enough to share, to learn, to grow.

Today was a wonderful experience in a beautiful atmosphere. To take some time out and look and reflect on life (something I haven't done constructively for ages). On Saturday I attended the Women Nurturing Women workshop. What a wonderful day, I met so many lovely new people from all walks of life and ranging from early 20s to 60s. I learned many things from all these lovely people and we all shared our stories, and sometimes tears fell and many times our laughter echoed around the room. Lunch was shared and we all ate too much (well I know I did) and the chatter bounced from one to the other. Maria as always provided a safe haven to share our stories and made us all feel very comfortable to go from strangers to old friends in one day. Thanks Maria, what a wonderful day and I say to everyone (as Molly Meldrum would say "do yourself a favour") treat yourself to this workshop and you will not be disappointed.
